New and returning clubs filled the atrium of the main hall at AAU today, encouraging curious r students to join. A wide array of activities were represented, with athletics, art and leisure clubs all abundant.
The athletics clubs were all grouped together, with Golf, Football, Basketball, Tennis and Wrestling clubs hosting booths.
“Whether you are an experienced wrestler or have never stepped on a wrestling mat before, the goal is to make wrestling accessible to everyone and create a strong community around it,” said the Wrestling Club representatives.
Political Forum Club is a new club formed this semester. “We are a non-partisan, free speech political discussion club,” said Connor Reid, President of the club. “[We] wanted to create a space for everyone AAU to discuss politics freely.”
Cameran Vierthaler, Club Coordinator, stayed to oversee and communicate with any club members who may have had questions.
Club fair offered a space for clubs to discuss the new semester’s events and come together over shared interests.
